چکیده
We consider a spin-balanced degenerate gas of spin-1/2 fermions whose dynamics is governed by low-energy $P$-wave interactions, characterized the scattering volume $a_1$ and effective momentum $r_1$. The energy per particle $\bar{\cal{E}}$ in many-body system calculated resumming ladder diagrams comprising both particle-particle hole-hole intermediate states, following novel advances recently developed us Ann.Phys. 437,168741(2022). This allows to obtain renormalized result for within generic cutoff regularization schemes, with directly expressed terms parameters $r_1$, once cut off sent infinity. whole set possible values $r_1$ explored first time literature looking minima given as described. They are actually found, but further inspection reveals that associated give rise resonance poles complex momentum-plane positive imaginary part, which at odds Hermiticity Hamiltonian. also determine these conflictive poles, pole-position smaller absolute value than Fermi system, clearly impact calculation $\bar{\cal{E}}$. As result, we conclude unpolarized fermionic normal matter interacting not stable. study three universal around unitary limit. Spin-wave interactions in quantum antiferromagnets
– We study spin-wave interactions in quantum antiferromagnets by expressing the usual magnon annihilation and creation operators in terms of Hermitian field operators representing transverse staggered and ferromagnetic spin fluctuations. In this parameterization, which was anticipated by Anderson in 1952, the two-body interaction vertex between staggered spin fluctuations vanishes at long wavel...

متن کاملDensity and spin response functions in ultracold fermionic atom gases.
We propose a new method of detecting the onset of superfluidity in a two-component ultracold fermionic gas of atoms governed by an attractive short-range interaction. By studying the two-body correlation functions we find that a measurement of the momentum distribution of the density and spin-response functions allows one to access separately the normal and anomalous densities. The change in si...
متن کاملQuantum spin liquids
This paper presents an overview of the properties of magnetic insulators, with emphasis on quantum effects. In particular, the consequences of strong quantum fluctuations on the low-energy properties of a number of systems are reviewed: the occurrence of a spin gap in spin-1 chains and other low-dimensional magnets; the presence of low-lying singlet excitations in several frustrated magnets; th...
